Services for children, if the proposals are adopted, services will be severely affected. Cuts in audilogy, physiotherapy and speech therapy. Health visiting changes are also proposed. Older people's services will be equally altered within these proposals. Night nursing services are but one of the items listed. Surely to hit at the soft targets is not a good way forward.
