London Rally

Over 500 supporters of Kidderminster Hospital took their case to London in a rally held on the 6th of June.

A copy of the University College, London, report "Deficits Before Patients" was delivered to 10 Downing Street by a delegation of campaigners and Health Concern Councillors.

Mr. Millburn, Secretary of State for Health, refused to see a similar delegation to the Department of Health.

The day ended with a mass lobby of Parliament and the Wyre Forest MP David Lock who received a fiery reception from the angry campaigners. The day was hailed an outstanding success.
